We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
• Download or print VIN reports solely for individual reference.

Strictly prohibited without written consent:

• Reselling, redistributing, or creating derivative works from our reports.
• Using EliteVinScan data for competing services, AI training, or bulk analysis.

By submitting content (e.g., reviews, inquiries), you grant EliteVinScan a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content for business operations and marketing.

1. Liability Cap

In no event shall EliteVinScan be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages(e.g., lost profits, data breaches).
• Vehicle purchase decisionsmade based on our reports.
• Third-party actions(e.g., data providers, payment processors).

Maximum liability: The lesser of $100 USD or fees paid by you in the last 6 months.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EliteVinScan, its affiliates, officers, and employees from all claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Siteor violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activityconducted via your account.
• User-generated contentinfringing third-party rights.

• Recurring subscriptions may be canceled anytimebut are non-refundable.

1. Chargeback Policy

• Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account terminationand legal pursuit.
• EliteVinScan reserves the right to offset debtsagainst future purchases.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud or abuse.
• Requests by law enforcement.
